The NYSPHCC is dedicated to promoting environmentally responsible plumbing heating and cooling solutions through education, innovation, and collaboration, to minimize water usage, energy consumption, and preserve natural resources. Through ongoing research and partnerships with manufacturers, we will strive to eliminate a variety of anti-green applications including wasteful packaging and unneeded plastics. The NYSPHCC board and its members will also strive to eliminate wasteful practices such as paper agendas/brochures and single-use plastic drinking products at meetings. We will encourage our state chapters and all members to join the movement to lessen our environmental footprint.
